You can view your accounts and history, check your items status, report stolen/lost items as well as found/recovered items, all using Qcuun.com.
From this page, you can:
- Register for Qcuun.com
- Sign-on to Qcuun.com
- Retrieve your password, if you have forgotten it
How to
- Go to the ‘"Sign-On" page.
- Click on the "Sign-Up Now" link.
- Specify whether you are Public , Lender/Retailer or Police Hub
- Enter your personal information. Please note that your personal information must satisfy the rules displayed on the screen.
- Set security question and answer. Please note that your questions and answers must satisfy the rules displayed on the screen.
- Click on the "Register" button
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Click on Link to verify your account.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- If your enrollment was successful, you will be presented with a "Registration Confirmed" message. Click on the "Sign-In" link and enter your credentials to start your Qcuun.com experience. (Your Account)
- Click on the “Sign-In” link on the home page.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click on the "Log-In" button.
- If your sign-on was successful, you will be sent to your Qcuun public domain
Retrieve your password (forgotten)
- Go to the "Sign-In" home page.
- Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link.
- Enter your username/email address
- Type the answer for your security question.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- An email will be sent to your email address that corresponds to your account with the password
Clear your browser's cache
PC Instructions
Google Chrome Users:
- Click the “Customize and Controls” button on the top right hand corner of the browser
- Click “Settings”
- Scroll down and click “Show advanced settings”
- Under “Privacy” click “Clear Browsing Data”
- From the boxes provided, select the type of data that you would like to delete and click “Clear Browsing Data”
For Firefox 2 users:
- Select "Tools", then "Options"
- Select "Privacy" icon
- Locate the "Private Data" area and click "Clear Now" button
- In the "Clear Private Data" window, enable the cache check box
- Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button
- Click "OK"
For Firefox 1.0 or 1.5 users:
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Options"
- Click "Privacy"
- In 1.5, select the "Cache" tab and then click the "Clear Cache Now" button
- In 1.0, click the "Clear" button, and then click "OK"
For Internet Explorer 7 users:
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
- Choose "General" tab
- Under "Browsing History", click "Delete"
- Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files"
- Click "Close"
- Click "OK" to exit
For Internet Explorer 6.x users:
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
- Choose "General" tab
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Files"
- To confirm the deletion, click "OK"
- In the "Internet Options" dialog box, click "OK"
Macintosh Instructions
For Firefox 2.x users:
- From the "Firefox" menu, select "Preferences"
- From the new window, click the "Advanced" icon
- Click the Network tab
- Under the "Cache" heading, click the "Clear Now "button, and then "OK"
For Firefox 1.0 or 1.5 users:
- From the "Firefox" menu, select "Preferences"
- From the dropdown sheet, select "Privacy"
- In 1.5, select "Clear Cache" Now
- In 1.0, click the "Clear" button, and then "OK"
